How do they work?

An air source heat pump, also known as an air-to-water heat pump, extracts heat from the outside air and transfers it to water. This heated water can then warm your home through radiators or underfloor heating and provide hot water taps, showers, and baths

Air source heat pumps offer several benefits. they can lower your energy bills, depending on the design and usage, helping you save money. Unlike traditional boilers that use fossil fuels, heat pumps use electricity, but they deliver significantly more heat energy to your home than the electrical energy they consume.

Additionally, heat pumps are a low carbon heating source, resulting in lower carbon emissions compared to gas or oil boilers.
