We are working in partnership with E.ON Green Funding Solutions to deliver their Warm Homes: Local Grant scheme with Erewash Borough Council.
All applications for this scheme are processed through Marches Energy Advice. If you are an Erewash resident and you think you may be eligible you can call 0800 617 1307 or Apply here
Eligible applications will be sent to us as at Community Home Solutions. We will then arrange for a whole-home survey called a Retrofit Assessment. This captures the current energy efficiency of your home.
The home survey will identify if energy efficiency improvements such as External Wall Insulation, Internal Wall Insulation, Cavity Wall Insulation, Loft Insulation, Low Carbon Heating and Solar PV can be installed. Works offered will depend on funding availability and the outcome of technical surveys.
The council will confirm your grant and carry out checks to confirm funding requirements are met. With all approvals in place, we will be instructed to carry out the installation works and our team of schedulers will be in touch to confirm dates and let you know which teams will be at your property and when.
