Community Home Solutions is a Managing Agent for Grant-Funded Domestic Retrofit Schemes.

We utilise private and public sector funding to deliver retrofit solutions into communities across the UK to improve the energy efficiency of homes, reducing cost to householders whilst maintaining a first-class service.

Our team are experienced in managing all aspects of domestic retrofit programmes through Lead Generation, Eligibility Verification, PAS2035 compliance, installation and reporting.

Where do we operate?

Community Home Solutions are based in Nottingham and install FREE Energy Efficiency upgrades across Staffordshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and broader areas of the Midlands.

Depending on where you live, we can gain access to public or private funding to provide you with energy efficiency upgrades for FREE e.g. Solar Panels, Insulation, Air Source Heat Pumps etc.

In Staffordshire, we can even access top up funding from the council to install even more measures e.g. battery storage for your Solar Panels.
