Staffordshire County Council
Through the Staffordshire Warmer Homes programme we work with Staffordshire County Council and their districts & borough councils to help residents with inefficient homes receive free Energy Efficiency Upgrades. These include: Cannock Chase District Council, East Staffordshire Borough Council, Lichfield District Council, South Staffordshire District Council, Stafford Borough Council, Staffordshire Moorlands District Council and Tamworth Borough Council.
Our role in Staffordshire County Council’s scheme is as the Customer Journey Support Partner. We work on this scheme with the other procured partners; YES Energy Solutions and Broad Oak.
Community Home Solutions process customer applications and confirm household eligibility. Eligible households who progress through the scheme will have a free home survey called a Retrofit Assessment completed by YES Energy Solutions. This survey will assess the suitability of energy efficiency improvements for the home. If the property is suitable, installation will then be arranged and carried out by Staffordshire County Council’s accredited installers; Broad Oak.
