Stoke on Trent City Council
We are working with Stoke-on-Trent County Council on their Warm Homes: Local Grant programme to manage grant applications for free Energy Efficiency Upgrades.
Our role in Stoke on Trent City Council’s scheme is as the Customer Journey Support Partner. We work on this scheme with the Stoke on Trent's procured installation partner; Broad Oak.
Community Home Solutions process customer applications and confirm household eligibility. Eligible households who progress through the scheme will have a free home survey called a Retrofit Assessment completed by their partner, Broad Oak. This survey will assess the suitability of energy efficiency improvements for the home. If the property is suitable, installation will then be arranged and carried out by Broad Oak who are the accredited installer.
